About EHS Insiders
The EHS expertise your lab needs — without the full-time hire.
EHS Insiders was built on a simple observation: most life science companies don't have the scale to justify a full-time EHS director, but they carry enough regulatory exposure to need one. We fill that gap.
Why we exist
The compliance gap most companies don't see until it's expensive.
Early-stage companies move fast. EHS tends to get bolted on late — usually right before a landlord walkthrough, a due-diligence request, or the first regulator visit. By that point, the gap between where you are and where you need to be is bigger than it looks.
EHS Insiders was built to close that gap. We work exclusively with biotech, diagnostics, and pharma organizations — from pre-Series-A labs standing up their first chemical hygiene plan, to clinical-stage companies managing multi-site hazardous waste programs and preparing for federal inspection.
Our approach is embedded, not advisory. We don't hand you a report and leave. We write the programs, train the team, file the permits, and stand with you when a regulator walks in — because that's the only version of compliance that actually holds up.

What makes us different
Not a generic safety consultancy.
Built specifically for life science
We work exclusively with biotech, diagnostics, and pharma. Not general manufacturing, not construction sites. Our regulatory knowledge, our checklists, and our inspection experience are all calibrated to the hazards and regulators that show up in lab environments.
We write programs that survive inspections
Most EHS programs fail the moment a regulator asks a specific question. We build ours to hold up — because we've been in the room when inspectors dig into the details, and we know exactly what they're looking for.
Embedded, not advisory
We don't hand you a report and leave. We stand up the program, run the training, file the paperwork, and represent you during inspections. The difference between a consultant and a partner is whether they're there when it matters.
Programs that scale with you
A Series A biotech and a clinical-stage pharma have very different EHS needs. We scope what you actually need today — without building a program so complex your team can't operate it, and without cutting corners that will cost you later.
“The only compliance that matters is the compliance that holds up the day a regulator walks in. Everything else is just paperwork.”
